Our schools of today have a huge amount of responsibility in readying our kids for their futures – but can we rely on the current system in place to give our kids the attention and preparation they need to succeed in our technologically advanced environment?
This is as, in today’s world, the skills required in order to succeed are far beyond the basic arithmetic and reading skills that are currently being taught at schools nation-wide. The one’s needed rather are those of a financial literacy nature, and those that give kids lessons in business acumen – allowing them to pursue a less traditional route of education given their individual need or want.
Similarly, given the uprise in technology, a route down an entrepreneurial path is one more and more appealing – not only giving kids lifelong skills in cash management and planning their future – but also allowing them to shine creatively.
