Young people/adult collaboration can have an awesome impact on what gets done as well as the skills developed in young people themselves.
First of all, with support from parents/educators, young people know that they are supported in their endeavours and feel more comfortable being open with their entrepreneurial dreams and aspirations! As well as this, they then become more able to accept rejection and failure when it comes to attaining what they set out to achieve – as they know they have a helping hand when they need it most.
As well as this, young people can develop skills alongside their mentors such as determination, perseverance, and even in understanding financial literacy fundamentals. There can be a lot learnt from one another – parents/educators also learning from kids when getting to witness their kids creative spirit and inspiration.
Kebloom is an online community that wishes to foster all these forms of collaboration – giving both parties the feeling that not only are they bonding, they are also improving mental skills in ways unimaginable.
This is only the start of the Kebloom experience, and we want everyone to take part and to play a role in giving young people access to a smarter, skilled future generation.
