First to Serve
If we like a product, we talk about it.
If we don’t like a product, we also talk about it.
But, more importantly, if we do or don’t like the way in which we’re being treated as a customer, we talk about it!
This is why we as customers have so much power and the customer service experience is just so important.
Young people on Kebloom may be new to the selling and business world, so we are here to provide a few tips and tricks to help them become thriving entrepreneurs of the future.
1. Always treat the customer personably, if possible! The sale is secondary, whilst long-term relationships with customers are essential.
2. Go out of your way. Sometimes going the extra mile can make the difference between them picking your product over another!
3. Understand your customer wants and needs. There is no use trying to sell something no one wants, so make sure you are up to date with changes in the market and your clientele.
Customers are the heart of the organisation and young entrepreneurs must do the utmost to nurture this relationship, now, and throughout their many endeavours.
Keep the positive word-of-mouth a-coming.
